MY APPROACH TO THERAPY
My training is primarily in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and I am certified by the Beck Institute and the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies. I am on the national provider roster for Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I use these and other approaches, such as Mindfulness, to help you develop coping skills that you can use throughout your life.
