I accept several types of insurance, Medicaid (CCHA) and Medicare. Please contact me to see if I am in-network for your insurance plan.

OUT OF NETWORK

If I'm not in network for your insurance plan, I can provide you with documentation for seeking reimbursement from your insurance provider.

SELF-PAY

My hourly rate for therapy is $160.00. In some cases, a sliding scale is possible.
