ABOUT TOM

Thank you for visiting Vista Counseling, PLLC. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Arvada, CO and can provide Telehealth services statewide.  Prior to starting a private practice, I spent years in community mental health and non-profit mental health work. This includes experience in clinical training for agencies, LPC supervision and graduate intern training and supervision. My main areas of focus are PTSD, Depression and Anxiety. I also have experience helping professionals and students who are experiencing difficulty adjusting, stress, and burnout. I am here to work with you through life’s difficult matters but also to celebrate your successes. I truly care about my clients’ well-being and strive to provide sound, evidence-based care.

I balance my work life with music, practicing Tai Chi, reading, and hiking with a Labrador Retriever.
