I am able to accept several types of insurance. Please get in touch to see if I am in-network for your plan.

Even if I'm not in network, I can provide you with paperwork for seeking reimbursement from your insurance provider.

SELF-PAY

My hourly rate for therapy is 150.00. This includes materials that I provide you with outside of the scheduled appointment.
